Going Down?

Here's a good way to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and raise money for a good cause at the same time. The charity Parkinson's UK are running a sponsored abseiling session in Llangollen on the 22nd of September.

Those taking part will abseil 85 feet down a limestone cliff in the beautiful Dee valley. Participants have to pay an entry fee of £12, and raise a minimum sponsorship of £100, with the money raised going to better treatment of Parkinson's disease. Entry forms are available on their website.
